WARRANTY POLICY
Logitech Flagship Store Pakistan warrants to the original purchaser that:
Complete Packaging and Invoice:
- The original packaging with readable labels and an invoice mentioning the serial number is mandatory for warranty claims.
- A duplicate invoice can be generated if you have the order reference number.
Defects in Material and Workmanship:
- Logitech products are free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase, as identified on your invoice.
Non-Covered Damages:
- Burnt, damaged, tampered, or modified products are not covered under warranty.
Turnaround Time (TAT):
- The replacement process may take 5 to 15 working days. The time provided by the authorized support center will be final and accepted by the customer.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only applicable if a replacement or alternative unit is not available.
Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the faulty product is delivered to the support center without any damage. Damaged products will void the warranty.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges for sending and receiving the warranty unit are to be paid by the customer.
- If the customer receives a product with a technical defect upon arrival, the store will cover the shipping charges for receiving the faulty unit and sending the replacement unit.
Terms and Conditions:
- By purchasing any Logitech product, customers accept all terms and conditions set by the distributor in Pakistan and waive the right to take legal action against it.
No Refunds for Dissatisfaction:
- No refunds or claims will be accepted for dissatisfaction with the product.

REMEDIES
Logitech Flagship Store Pakistan's entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at our option:
Replacement of the Product:
- We will replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or equivalent model.
- Replacement products will be covered under the remainder of the original warranty period.
Refund:
- If a replacement is not available, we will refund the price paid, provided the product is returned with a copy of the sales receipt or invoice.
- Note: Shipping and handling charges may apply.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, voltage surges, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Improper operation, maintenance, or usage not in accordance with product instructions.
- Use of consumables (e.g., replacement batteries) not supplied by Logitech.
- Lost parts originally supplied with the product.
- Non-Logitech branded parts or accessories, even if sold with the product.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products used for commercial purposes, such as providing paid internet access.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Logitech shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data (direct or indirect).
- Commercial losses resulting from the use of the product.
